Succeeds where all else has failed!
Thermophilic species originates from the Kikuyu of Kenya region. Grows quickly
stolons and underground rhizomes and creates a thick impermeable carpet that is
able to survive in heavy use conditions under which any type grass could thrive.
The Kikuyu spreads rapidly and resist. In the winter when the temperature falls
below 10°C, taking the yellow color of straw, revegetate again in the spring.
