Delivery Information
Cyprus Orders: Will be dispatched the next day after the receipt of your order. Normally we will ship your goods in 2-7 working days. We offer 3 delivery options:
- Home Delivery: Delivery to your door with ACS Courier. For orders less than €50,00 there is an extra charge of €6,50 (VAT included). For orders €50,00 or more DELIVERY IS FREE. Delivery time is 3-7 working days.
- Pick-up from an ACS Courier point: For orders less than €50,00 there is an extra charge of €3,00 (VAT included). For orders of €50,00 or more there is no delivery charge. Delivery time is 3-7 working days.
- Pick-up from our stores: No delivery charge. Delivery time is 3-7 working days.
Prepayment of the order is required for shiping the products.
The delivery of the goods is done on the entrance of the house/apartment building. The delivery person can refuse to deliver the products to storehouses or floors.
Payment Terms
Orders placed through this website can be paid for:
- By credit / debit card. During the ordering process in the "Payment method" step, select "Pay Securely by Credit or Debit Card". There is no extra charge for orders paid online with this method.
- By bank transfer (via Internet Banking). During the ordering process in the "Payment method" stage, select "Payment by deposit in a bank account". There is no extra charge for orders paid with this method.
No payment on delivery (cash on delivery) is accepted by the Company.
Pricing
All prices include all the applicable taxes
We do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
- Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
- Orders delivered may be subject to a delivery charge
- Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
- The user will indemnify Lambrou Agro Ltd against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.
- Whilst all reasonable endeavors have been made to check the accuracy of the information contained within this site, Lambrou Agro Ltd does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained herein. Further, Lambrou Agro Ltd or any other associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained within this website or any other site which the user may access through this website. Further, Lambrou Agro Ltd or any associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising due to the users access to any other providers, operators, organizations or persons referred to directly or indirectly within this website.
- All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer's warranty.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order without providing any reasons to us, before the order is dispatched. In such a case you will get a full refund of your payment (if there was any).
If the order is dispatched you still have the right to return the products to us and get a full refund (read return policy).
You can cancel the order, add or remove items, even after order is placed, from your account profile (my orders).
Complaints
For any complaints regarding our products or services, please use the contact us form in our website. We will reply within 48 hours.
Transaction History
We will keep a record of your transactions (for tax purposes) for 7 years.
Communication with the customer
Lambrou Agro Ltd has the right to send you e-mails or SMS or call you on the phone, in order to inform you about offers and other products related to Lambrou Agro Ltd. Lambrou Agro Ltd also has the right to give contact details to another company in order to communicate with customers on behalf of Lambrou Agro Ltd. Customers can stop any of the above services by sending an e-mail on contact@lambrouagro.com.cy.
Language of this Agreement
We have used the English Language for this agreement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.For more information or complaints please contact info@lambrouagro.com.cy.
Legal
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Order Procedure
Please see the How to place an order section for full details on placing an order. Our system will save your order in your User Account, where you can review and track all your orders as often as you like. You will be able to place and review your order in the English language only.
We hope you'll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email within 14 days of receiving your goods. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 14 days from the date of the order was canceled. Please refer to our Cancellation and Returns Policy for more information.
Entire agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and L. Lambrou Agro Ltd. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by L. Lambrou Agro Ltd.
