It is a fertilizer based on copper oxychloride in the form of wettable powder, which is used to prevent and control copperdeficiencies. Copper is an essential element for the life of all plants: it is a constituent of important enzymes, is necessary to the photosynthesis and helps to stimulate the natural defences of the plants from pests. Copper deficiencies appear as yellowings, formation of spots on the leaves and atrophization of the young sprouts. The symptoms of copper deficiencies arise more often in those soils which are rich in organic substance and with alkaline reaction. The copper oxychloride has a less persistent but more instant effect compared to copper sulphate and ensures greener plants with sounder fruits.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSES: Leaf treatments: dissolve 4-5 g in 1 litre water and vaporize the plant with this solution. Soil treatments: dissolve 10 g in 1 litre water and water the soil with this solution. Carry out 2-3 treatments during the cultivation cycle, at the beginning of the season or when the first deficiency symptoms arise. Repeat treatments in case of heavy rains. Do not treat during bloom. Do not mix with products with alkaline reaction or hydrolyzed proteins. Do a compatibility test before making mixtures with other fertilizers or phytosanitary products. It is advisable to carry out treatments in the coolest hours of the day. The mentioned dose rates are approximate, since they depend on the ambient conditions. It is recommended to allow at least 15 days from the date of treatment before consuming the fruit.
